Risk Management & Tort Defense

The Risk Management & Tort Defense Division provides training programs designed to assist state agencies and universities to reduce their risks and prevent exposure to claims/losses.

Training services are offered on an open enrollment basis at locations throughout Montana or these services can be customized and provided at an agency/university-specific location upon request.
